Record-keeping statement
This site is a text-and-link directory of live cam performers. It does not produce, host, transmit or store any video, image or audio depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
All visual content is streamed by independent third-party cam platforms that are responsible for verifying the age and identity of every performer and for maintaining records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A.
Exemption
Because this site creates no depictions of sexually explicit conduct, it does not act as a “producer” within the meaning of the record-keeping regulations. Any records required by law are held by the platform that originates the stream, whose terms and compliance statements are linked on its own website.
Reporting
If you believe a listing references unlawful content, contact us immediately through the contact page and we will remove the reference.
Where records are held
The records are maintained by the third-party platforms that produce and stream the content. They are not held by this site. Requests should be directed to the platform that hosts the stream, with the performer's profile URL.
Why this site is not the producer
We publish text descriptions and links. We do not film, upload, store or transmit the visual depictions. The platforms that do are responsible for age verification and record-keeping.
Reporting
If a link appears to involve a minor or non-consensual content, report it immediately through the contact page; we remove the link and notify the provider.
Law enforcement
We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and will provide the information we hold about a listing, which is limited to the public profile data and the link.
